EnglishComp Ltd. announced the immediate availability of
ActualizeIt Version 2.0, a versatile bid and cost tracking package
developed specifically for the video production industry.
Byintegrating existing industry bid standards with customizable
cost and job tracking, ActualizeIt 2.0 provides up-to-the-minute
reporting on critical
billing data.
ActualizeIt 2.0’s architecture and user friendly interface help to
reduce
data entry time and eliminate repetitive tasks. In addition to
flexible Bid
tracking, there are integrated modules for Workorders, Purchase
Orders, Jobs, Invoices, Companies, Contacts, Time of Staff and a
variety of other functions. Robust reporting features also provide
detailed data on productivity, costs, vendors, etc.
Completely rewritten to take advantage Filemaker® Pro 7’s new
features and ease of use, ActualizeIt 2.0 is cross-platform
(Windows and Macintosh) and multi-user, meaning multiple people can
be working on the system simultaneously. Filemaker® Pro 7 also
provides easy integration with other software for sharing of
data.
ActualizeIt 2.0 expands on the popularity of the original
ActualizeIt which
