Cleveland Consulting Announces CC Calendar Pro Scheduling Edition for FileMaker Pro 7

Columbus, OH – May 10, 2005 –  Cleveland Consulting is proud to
announce the release of CC Calendar Pro Scheduling Edition for
FileMaker 7.

The scheduling edition introduces a new feature set beyond that of our
Pro Calendar, including two of our most requested features: grid
scheduling and a built-in clients' database.

Resource Scheduling. You can now associate each appointment with a
resource (vehicle, room, technician, etc.) and see a scheduling grid
with resources across the top and appointment times down the left. The
scheduling grid is available in two scales and you can "flip" the grid
to view a horizontal orientation where times are across the top and
resources down the side. You can create and edit appointments on the
scheduling views just as you do in the Day, Week and Month views:
clicking in an open appointment time allows you to create a new
appointment for that resource at that time. The resource attribute also
introduces a third filter to the calendar so that you can now filter
appointments by user (staff), resource, and appointment type.

Built-In Clients' Table. The scheduling edition links appointments to
clients, allowing you to create new clients right in the calendar or to
select exiting clients from a type-ahead portal. Client information
(such as phone numbers and addresses) is easily displayed in the
calendar. You can use this clients' table as-is or swap it out for your
own, using instructions provided in the calendar's FAQ.

The Scheduling Edition (SE) continues our mission of providing elegant,
  unlocked FileMaker Pro applications that are easy to modify. To that
end you'll find a number of enhancements to the calendar engine while
we've continued to simplify the calculations and scripts involved. CC
Calendar Pro and Pro SE are the most well documented and well supported
FileMaker Pro Calendars. Embraced by novices and veterans alike, CC
Calendar lets you bolt sophisticated calendar view on to your
solutions.
