FileMaker Pro 8 Training Available From The Support Group

NATICK, MA – August 29 –  The Support Group, Inc. has announced immediate plans to offer hands-on training classes in support of the newest release of FileMaker: FileMaker 8.  Beginning in October, classes will be offered at Intro, Intermediate and Advanced levels in all five of The Support Group’s training centers in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Washington, DC, New York and Boston.

“We’ve trained literally thousands of people on how to use FileMaker.” says Rich Coulombre, President of The Support Group and author of several best-selling FileMaker reference books.  “It’s important to us and our customers to stay current with FileMaker’s developments.  FileMaker 8 is a significant release and there’s no doubt that many users and developers will want to get started on it right away.  We’ve designed our FileMaker classes to accelerate that for everyone from a complete beginner to an experienced database developer.”

Coulombre continues; “FileMaker is known for its ease-of-use, making database design and development quick and intuitive.  But there is a tremendous amount of power and functionality there, and our classes will help people advance to where they can build better and more feature-rich applications.”
