FileMaker Meetings 2.0.2 is an update for FileMaker Meetings 1.0 and 2.0.x customers.
This product update resolves several issues; in cases where data is shared between FileMaker Tasks 2.0 and FileMaker Meetings 2.0, the shared data will be imported following an upgrade; tasks shared between FileMaker Tasks 2.0 and FileMaker Meetings 2.0 can be marked and unmarked, and tasks shared between FileMaker Tasks 2.0 and FileMaker Meetings 2.0 will have unique task ID numbers.

Installation notes
Once downloaded, you will need to use your FileMaker Meetings 1.0 or 2.0.x serial number to install the new version.
Migrating from FileMaker Meetings 1.0
If you are currently using FileMaker Meetings 1.0, follow these four easy steps to make your transition to FileMaker Meetings 2.0.
- Back up your version 1.0 data

- Launch FileMaker Meetings 1.0.
- Once running, navigate to the Home:Preferences section.
- Click Export Data (using XML as the Export Format).
- You'll be asked if you want to export all data. Click OK.
- Exit FileMaker Meetings 1.0, either by quitting FileMaker or by closing the open Meetings 1.0 window.
- Install FileMaker Meetings 2.0.2

- Launch the FileMaker Meetings 2.0.2 Installer.
- When prompted for a serial number or password, use your FileMaker Meetings 1.0 serial number.
- Prepare your backup data for restore

- In your file system, navigate to the FileMaker Meetings 1.0 folder.
- Copy the enclosed Data folder into the newly installed FileMaker Meetings 2.0 folder called Version 1 Import Data.
- Restore your data

- Launch FileMaker Meetings 2.0.
- Make sure you are signed into the system.
- Navigate to the Home:Admin section.
- Click Import From Version 1.
- When presented with the Import From Version 1 dialog box, confirm by clicking OK.
- You will be presented with a second dialog box to ensure that this is something you really want to do. Click OK.
- The Import dialog box will communicate status. When complete, you'll get an Import is complete message.
You are now ready to sign in and use FileMaker Meetings 2.0.2.
Migrating from FileMaker Meetings 2.0.x
If you are currently using FileMaker Meetings 2.0 or 2.0.1, follow these easy steps to transition to Meetings 2.0.2.
- Back up your version 2.0 data
- Launch FileMaker Meetings 2.0.
- Once running, navigate to the Home:Admin section.
- Click Perform Backup.
- Eventually, depending on the size of your database, you'll receive a message that the backup is complete. Click OK.
- Exit FileMaker Meetings 2.0, either by quitting FileMaker or by closing the open Meetings window.
- In your file system, navigate to the FileMaker Meetings 2.0 folder then copy the folder called Backup and save it in a separate location.
In the event you need to restore your data using the Backup file, refer to the instructions in the FileMaker Meetings User's Guide (PDF).
- Install FileMaker Meetings 2.0.2

- Launch the FileMaker Meetings 2.0.2 Installer.
- When prompted for a serial number or password, use your FileMaker Meetings 2.0 serial number.
Your data from FileMaker Meetings 2.0.x will automatically be restored in FileMaker Meetings 2.0.2.
You are now ready to sign in and use FileMaker Meetings 2.0.2
