Once downloaded, you will need to use your FileMaker Work Requests 1.0 serial number to install the new version.

Migrating from FileMaker Work Requests 1.0.1 or 1.0.2

If you are currently using FileMaker Work Requests 1.0.1 or 1.0.2, follow these easy steps to transition to FileMaker Work Requests 1.0.3.

1. Back up your version 1.0 data
   • Launch FileMaker Work Requests 1.0.
   • Once running, navigate to the Home:Admin section.
   • Click Perform Backup.
   • Eventually, depending on the size of your database, you'll receive a message that the backup is complete. Click OK.
   • Exit FileMaker Work Requests 1.0, either by quitting FileMaker or by closing the open Tasks window.
   • In your file system, navigate to the FileMaker Work Requests 1.0 folder then copy the folder called Backup and save it in a separate location.

   In the event you need to restore your data using the Backup file, refer to the instructions in the FileMaker Work Requests User's Guide (PDF).

2. Install FileMaker Work Requests 1.0.3
   • Launch the FileMaker Work Requests 1.0.3 Installer.
   • When prompted for a serial number or password, use your FileMaker Work Requests 1.0.1 or 1.0.2 serial number.

Your data from FileMaker Work Requests 1.0.1 or 1.0.2 will automatically be restored in FileMaker Work Requests 1.0.3.

You are now ready to sign in and use FileMaker Work Requests 1.0.3.
