| Program Description | The FileMaker VLA is a transactional Licence program with no signed contracts. When adding to a VLA pricing is discounted based on the volume of each transaction. There is no minimum quantity when adding to a VLA. |
The major difference between an AVLA and VLA is that you are purchasing an annual right to use the software. The annual fee is 1/3 rd the cost of a VLA At the end of the year, the AVLA customer can choose to renew for the next year, purchase the software or de-install the software. If the option is to purchase then a discount is available for each year the software has been installed. |
The Site Licence Agreement (SLA ) allows FileMaker software to be used across a whole business or organisation.
